"Not getting that vibe from any of the stuff Selina makes. It doesn't make sense. The real objects, when Selina summons them, are exactly like she draws them; there would be differences if they came from elsewhere. There are artifacts you can see if you know what to look for, things colored slightly oddly. Moreover, you were able to be changed once made; that wouldn't work in your summoned-from-elsewhere idea unless there were three separate Connys, identical in every way except height. And I hear you've had other modifications--scales, I think? Even less possible. Moreover, memories. You obviously don't remember anything from before being drawn, and you do remember things from since your last modification, respectively disproving that you came from elsewhere to begin with and that you have been replaced with summoned versions of yourself with different characteristics.

"...A girl can dream can't she!?" Conny looks to be fighting back tears, angry with Will... and herself. She knew this to be true, though she could still argue her age forever... but she wasn't just some construct... right?

"Hey. Conny. Listen to me. You might have been made by Selina, but that doesn't make you any less of a person."

"Well its degrading to just think of me as some thing with no real home! Isn't it!? Your basically calling me a construct with emotions. I don't want to be seen as that!" Conny gets up to leave, heading to the living room to cry on the couch.

Conny finds herself faced with Marie in her robot form.

"Idiot."

"Come to rub it in? All you are is the embodiment of peoples fears. So what? Come to taunt me now!? HUH!?" Conny tries to push her way past in anger.

[Twi]

Marie responds by turning up that device on her back, making Conny heavy and pinning her down.

"What are you even upset about? You're a sentient being with friends, lovers, family. People even respect you. I have those things too.

What's the problem?"

"...Because I was created... I'm the only one of my kind here... and he made me... made me... he made me face it... when I wasn't ready!" Conny collapses from the weight increase, silently crying into the carpet.

((I gotta go in 20 minutes to go home. WOO!))

"For fucks sake Conny. Do I have to explain just why I, among other people, give enough of a toss about you that it's hurting me to see you torn up?

Marie's got nothing to say but her concerns, so don't you DARE treat her like that."
Richard is partially pissed off, but also partially concerned for Conny.
"Don't mean to be a dick, but Conny, sometimes the truth hurts."
He seems like he knows a lot about the truth hurting.

Marie holds Conny up.

"There's only one of me, too. And there's only one of most people. And I know some very happy created people. You've been fine your whole life."

Conny flinches from the words, everything seeming to be against her. The panic from being trapped on the floor didn't help either.

Richard's anger is abating. It didn't get much of a chance to surface anyway.


"And what makes you think I came to terms with my truth?"

The rabbit considers chuckling at this. But doesn't. That would expose it, most likely. And.. these people are kinda dangerous it seems.
Lucas just returns to the Valten house, not sure what to do.
Nico waits downstairs for a while.
Catherine just hangs out.
