Pokemon use them to perform moves. They can be restored using an Ether or by healing at a Pokemon Center and can be increased with a PP Up.

DR(fire) 50. GUPS Doesn't do Absolute Invulerabilities, so large enough quantities of Fire will hurt you, but as long as you steer clear of the surface of the sun you should be OK.

Claws, Striker for tail, Teeth(Fangs)

Magic is probably best done as Magic as Powers, using alternate attacks. Jst about all of those can be built as variations of Innate Attack (Burning), except cleanse, which is Healing (Afflictions Only).

The toxic blood is probably the hardest, I think Innate Attack (Toxic)(Aura, Accessibility: Only when Injured, some other stuff.)

Alright, the magic blood is hard too. I'd say take Healing (Fatigue: Magic only, costs HP instead of FP, and some modifiers for doesn't require concentration and Involuntary).

No, okay, the Mana is the hardest part. GURPS defualt scaling for mana costs is about 1 fifth of yours, AKA your average dude has about 10 mana instead of 50, and things range from 1 to 10 or so in mana cost. This is easy enough to deal with, however, we just rule that Energy Reserve (Magic) gives you 5 times as many points but that Costs Mana is only worth 1/5th as much as a limitation, which takes it from -5% to -1%.

Yeah, gurps can do all that, but it would require a lot of work to switch over and would require extensive familiarity with the rules and woth how to extend them and balance them. In summary, it would take a lot of work and be very challenging, but would probably give you a more balanced game. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you.

Stands for either Power Points or Perk Points. Usually corresponds 1:1 with GURPS's Character Points, but sometimes it doesn't (typically when the rules of the two systems don't align).

1.) ASMRA was reformed under a new name: MP&RA (Magic Protection and Research Association). They have a new CEO (of course), who has set his eyes on regulating magic use in Saudi Arabia. They overthrew a corrupt government and restored order after years of riots over a magic bombing in the capital. MP&RA has become the leading supplier of jobs in Saudi Arabia, and has stopped magical testing unless they are given permission by the said magic user to study how it works. They've developed a prototype armor suit that has magical properties to give a mundane soldier to have a chance against criminals who use magic.

2.) The void gate still stands outside of Kyle's castle (and if the castle is now flying, then it remains where the castle once stood).

3.) Void and Ashley have divorced, Nodoka living with Void for the time being as Ashley gets settled back in her apartment in Paris.
