well, a balanced moe form, a high endurance, high strength form for the alpha, a high dex, medium strength form for the beta and the gamma with high magic and dex, but low strength and endurance or something

I have no idea, I'm avoiding various forms because of stuff like that.

I suppose they have individual pools, but damage taken gets put on all pools, so you need to keep track of how much damage you have actually taken. So the flimsy magic form would become unaccessible after taking like 200 damage, forcing HILDA to take a more resilient form, like the fortress form, which would still have some health remaining, but already lost 200 of who knows how much it has

We do have rules for transitive two-form characters though.
We could try modifying that to account for multiple forms.

Or adapt the single form character rules and just have an ability that shifts those stats to different areas; technically, they're not really different entities/forms as much as different adapted weapons.
