Issue is it's not exactly balanced, so the card annoys me to no end.

She lacks utility though. Like Kyle who is also good for combat. Which is apparently enough reason to not let him have perks to increase his utility compared to everyone else who already have utility.

He has utility without perks. Heck, his perks don't affect his utility! They just make him even less balanced in combat.

not any action. For instance the Str increase is clearly described as cutting power, not physical strength. Having a sharp knive does not mean you can lift a rock with it. Increasing the sensitivy of your sensors via Mind does not mean you get super smart, nor does a shield that pushes things out of their trajectory (like aiming for the center of a very rapidly spinning ball (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Codex/Ships_and_Vehicles#Normandy_Shield_Upgrade:_Cyclonic_Barrier_Technology_.28CBT.29 , the audio file), which does nothing to stop magic, or even melee attacks, as those are not on a set trajectory after being fired.

He hasn't had utility to his magic since he got a persona. In fact, no one had perks unless they had a persona before you guys bitched about it for no reason.

it's a win or lose situation. At those absurdly high mana costs, if this attack did not work, the battle is over for ICARUS. The name is programm. Fly high, and possibly burn yourself up. There is also a drawback in that overdoing it deals significant damage to yourself and may until there is time for proper repair, disable entire body parts
