Well, there are different factors that are part of it.
Seduction is one of the higher paying ones because of religious issues and such.
So on a typical $3000 per successful trip (unless conflict occurred), he would make about $3500 for said trip, for the seduction issues.
Although, in this case, they had to teleport out in order to actually get away without having Marie with them...
He would make ~$2000 for his problems. (It's a high paying job)
Of, and P.S., this is all in the relevant currency for Saudi Arabia.

She can think he is insane, the mental suggestion doesn't do anything for that. But she probably doesn't see him as a robot/alien/mind-manipulating creature that he is, just some silly and stupid person of some sort that is just here for paperwork.

also, against 50 Mind fueling Roberts ability, Will would at least require a roll, there is no guarantee at all that he would actually be able to automaticaly see through it. it is rather powerful mind manipulation afterall
