dex 18 is not zero combat ability. nobody is currently using the katana, and while I am not entirely sure how this gauntled-stuff works, it was implied with huge a mind stat, it would be absolutely devastating against the angels

The katana method suggested was a one-shot deal (and normal attacking would fall prey to Will's minimal Strength and nonexistent relevant skills), the gauntlet is effectively such, and Will doesn't even have a little pistol.
Face it, Will was not built for combat. Maybe sniping, which he did to great effect back in the crossover, but again no gun.

The Katana's power runs on Mag stat, which Will has 0 as.

Actually, it doesn't. Kyle was enhancing his strikes using MAG, but it's actual ability is entirely MIND-based since unlike the gauntlet, it doesn't rip any more holes in reality, it just changes its form for a split second. If he gets a high enough roll, he could probably make it weave and slash in and out of the painting.
Also, I should note a mechanical difference seeing as equipment being made by Cyrielle is used. Since she uses theurgy (calling upon an external power) rather than true magic, it's near impossible to mass produce her equipment easily as Fate has no obligation to have those pieces of equipment remain consolidated. Though in return, Fate magic is near useless against her not that it matters very much (well, aside from friendly fire) seeing as there is usually only about one contractor active at a time.

This is more or less why Creation and Void entities can't use the gauntlet properly, because the power has no obligation to actually form a beam, instead, it follows its natural reaction to rip into Creation/Void. Backfire is when the power doesn't go through the gauntlet and tear into the universe in front of it but instead tears into its user.

I need two estimates: the contact area of her hands (strength is measured in force over area, so I need the area) and her strength compared to normal clay. Preferably in metric units.

I have no idea what the contact area of her hands would be, honestly. I do know that she's stupidly dense though, and her strength is probably much greater than granite. I have no actual numbers to work with though.

Also, I realized something. Dumah turns the ground to dust where she walks, right? This means she's basically walking on lubricant.

Sliding Dumah around is stupidly easy.  If one assumes a coefficient of friction of 0.1, then pushing her takes the same amount of force as lifting 6.6 tons. This is probably a relatively HIGH estimate. Teflon, which you're probably familiar with, has a C of F of <0.1 for a great many things.

She could also just attempt to ram one of the legs and knock it over. Given enough speed, she could probably accomplish it quite easily.

It has been shown that the Angel cannot float effortlessly. It needs to be doing the nuclear thermal thing it did to cross the Pacific, and it needs to be doing it actively. It can't do so while charging its laser.

Or convince her that Neferis will knock it off course just as it fires and have her simulate it falling over and firing into the sky. Possibly only frying a few birds and a plane at worst.

That could work as well, she doesn't know how dense the angel is after all. However, her simulation only imposes damage and healing only, so after it is imposed, Dumah will still be upright albeit with no charge and stuff missing from the sky.

Since I'm AFK at the high activity times now, @RangerCado gets control of Alice. MIND to activate simulation. MAG to impose simulation. Her simulations are based off of her current perception and hence can be wrong. For example, she may think that she can shatter a consolidated distortion if she doesn't know that they can't break, but if she simulates it and imposes it, the distortion will break despite the fact that it shouldn't be possible.

For reference, here's what I have so far:

Neferis could support Dumah's weight on two hands. EASILY.

However, according to the only mathematical estimate of her lifting capacity I've gotten (from Elf of all people), she couldn't actually lift Dumah up in the first place.

She could shove it about quite easily, though.Bismuth could probably manage it too. She's still around, I completely forgot about her! D:
