Difficult. With Kyles intention unclear, you can imagine how being put in someones mouth is going to be interpretet. It was more or less a life and death situation, and Hainuwele probably blames herself for that for not letting her guard down and not dodging in time, afterall, that is perfectly normal human behaviour, that is to be expected.
Had you not disarmed her, she would likely have tried to kill you, just to survive. Note that compressing the cartoid arteris is...unless you are a super-resilient magical giboy, is indeed a life threathening situation.




picture this chokehold that movie characters use all the time to quickly get rid of people stealthily. they dont go unconscious because of the lack of air, this is the artery being compressed.
