Also I'm sure they would have invited her if they knew where she lived...
They sent letters to the Northdale Five, and mentioned that they could bring along folks like Yuri, Conny, and Rhadamanthys who helped in the Layar War.
In particular, from your wish, being that in effect it was for a soul and identity of your own, you have gained a magical power over souls, I would guess. A convenient side effect, no?>
This won't end badly.
VENGEANCE FOR ALL THE TIMES YOU TOOK ME LITERALLY GWG
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHI'm sad
Fine, I'll have something attack the interview.
Hmm...
Will could probably do that, yeah. Might as well have him fact-check the spellwork, too, since his superpowers would still apply.
He would need to understand how spells work. And, you know, be able to detect/discern that kind of stuff somehow.
More seriously, for Ester: Has her father gotten himself in some kind of trouble? :p
He abandoned his daughter for having magic, a fact that is being circulated through the Internet thanks to Will. Also, he reported to the police that Ester had been physically abused for her magic.
He's in trouble.
Oh, right. It's baseless slander, but I might be able to work that in. *makes notes*
Only part of it is baseless!
But yeah, Will is good at screwing with people when he really wants to. Information is power, female canines.
oh god, yet another post-to-say-it-all
where to start
Indeed.
To be perfectly fair, your character is absolutely tiny.
And we don't want to be rolling dice every 5 minutes.
To be perfectly fair, my character runs on the same stats as everyone else. Else it would auto-default to a char with just 1 in every physical attribute and I suppose normal mind attributes.
We try to keep things reasonably realistic here. Well, except for the magic, we settle for "usually internally consistent" there.
The 30 dex is to be interpreted that by comparison to this characters sheer agility, an average human is more or less just a slow and lumbering object, at times moving almost in slow-mo, furthermore henhanced by, for a human, being and incredibly difficult target. It takes the eyes and the movement speed of a speed-oriented magical girl to keep up with that.
Not really.
1. Little creatures aren't that much faster than big ones by default. Small creatures' small legs impede them. Moreover, the reason that flies and such are so good at dodging swatters has more to do with how their brains are wired than the size of any part of them.
Similar can be said about the aim. Imagine trying to hit a coin. It's a very small, difficult target, while for Hainuwele, it's about as much size as just an average target.
An analogy to a normal human hitting a coin is Hainuwele hitting half a grain of rice, maybe even smaller, depending on the value of the coin.
Yes, no disputes there. However, Hainuwele's canonical size is a "whopping" 4 inches--more the size of a hand than a coin.
then again, the stats sort of come without referance. What would be the average dex for a normal human being, and how does 30 scale to that? Is 30 prince of persia level, or already going for sonic characters? I have no clue, but I think 30 is a lot.
30 is certainly above-average.
...Very tiny wheat wouldn't work. It would be about the same height as grass, if not smaller, and would most likely be overshadowed--literally--by common grass. Which also grows faster.
That's why you clean the field from non-desired plants, you know, just like in normal agriculture. Get a nice clean field, get rid of dem weeds. If weaponised ebola needles is among the first ideas for a weapon upgrade in this game, then tiny wheat is the least of the problems.
Which actually brings me to another problem: The location of this settlement of tiny people. If they are relatively isolated from big people, and in Australia, they are almost certainly in the Outback. Which is also known as "The part of Australia where we can't find any crops tough enough to grow economically."
And as for ebola...
There's a new PC who is so small that her primary weapon is a needle. We're trying to enhance her weapon to violate as many weapon restrictions as possible. @Elf himself suggested accelerated Ebola.
This is B12. Did you really expect something different?
Yes. I expected magma to be suggested. by now.
30 is however usually fairly fit for a normal human and fast for a magic girl.
Wait, what? You're joking, right? 30 is almost half the points that characters start with gained after training to significantly above their original power. Heck, didn't you just increase the number of skill points people have not too many weeks ago?
FTFY.
a tiny sniper rifle, now that's just silly
...Sillier than a creature with a brain the size of a pea and yet with the same sentience as a human being?
Or magic?
not Moe enough
In what way are syringes moe?
