Random event check... Uh oh... SIX!!!!!! A BRONZE COLLOSSUS APPROACHES!!! Does your character fight or flee? Hopefully wolfchild fights, as she seems to be invincible! Also, she gets plus 2 to pickaxe attacks

5: You slam the pickaxe into the leg of the colossus, twist it out, grab it's left foot, and SOMEHOW Throw it by it. 2: It's left arm has a huge dent in it!

6 + 2 = 8!!!: You run up the chest of the fallen colossus, throw your pickaxe up, catch it, then slam it down into the head of the colossus! 1: The magic well inside the colossus that was keeping it running is pierced, it explodes outwards! 6: You are seized by magical powers (Now you're a wizard. Greaaat, random.org.) You squint your eyes shut! When you look back, you are standing on a mid-size masterwork bronze statue, that you immediately become attached to. You carry it off to your room (I mined out personal quarters a couple turns back)
