Stat costs are in Dream, yes. You need to upgrade at least something to make them commandable at all. Remember that creatures with 0 HP and/or Attack tend to be pretty feeble and frail, whereas 0 Str/Skill/Will/Cha isn't that big a deal.))

((Yes. I can assign/invent those if you don't specify anything. You can also name them "Mook 4" or similar if they're not very valuable.

Bear in mind their appearance changes as they gain more stats.))
