Sorry about Essence Warriors RtD, i have to put it on hiatus since it started taking way too much time to update with all the calculations, which just didn't fit my current schedule of things...
But in meanwhile, i am going to start this RtD, much more simpler.
Geometry wars! Arena combat between various geometric shape based characters!
So for the start, a bit about the game and rules and stuff:
1: Everyone plays as a geometry shape or combination of shapes.
2: It's PvP and everyone fights everyone, unless otherwise specified.
3: There are weapons and items, weapons can be used infinitely but have cooldown, items don't have cooldown but are limited. You start with one of each.
4: You can use turn to move OR to use weapon or item, unless weapon/item description allows movement during use.
5: You can move any distance across the field during the turn, but only in straight lines, as long as the path is not blocked and as long as you are not a target of someone's weapon/item use, in case of being targeted distance is rather limited.
6: You can get new weapons or items from crates, only you will know what you'll get.
7: Arenas can have some interesting events happen, for !!Fun!!
8: At the start, you can choose one 'trait' which will be innate passive ability, do so through PM to keep the surprise value!
9: And ofcourse you can choose a weapon and item to start with, again through PM.
10: You can either go for simple appearance for your char, of one simple geometric shape, or combine up to five shapes together in some way.
11: Starting weapon and item can be anything you want, but try to keep it reasonable, otherwise i will add delay in how many turns item will be available, or some penalty.
12: Actions can be sent either here or through PM, your choice whether to announce them.
13: Range specified in weapon or item means maximum range(Or AoE range, but later on that), melee is 1-2 squares, short is around 5, medium is around 10, long is around 25(Note diagonal counts as 2).
14: Limited movement for when targeted or using weapons that allow it during use is around 5 squares, note that also unless otherwise specified using those weapons while moving reduces effectiveness of attack.
15: The further you move during turn while under limited movement, the more is possible dodging bonus, assuming you are not moving
into attack.
16: While targeting enemy/firing weapon at enemy, you can try manually choosing square to fire at where enemy will potentially be instead of autoaiming, that will negate dodging chance if you manage to predict it accurately.
17: For AoE, small range is 2 squares including the square AoE starts on, Medium is 4, Large is 6.
(There maybe more to be discovered in future)
18: If you really want to attack without using weapons or anything, by punching enemy or something, those are melee range and are not really effective, they don't even interrupt full movement of target.

And finally,
i will draw each turn, my drawing skills are not the best but there are always ways to improve, right?
The first arena will start soon, probably as soon as we get 4 or 8 players. More players are welcome, though you will have to wait for the next arena and there's currently limit of 8 players max per arena. Maybe in future i'll do multiple arenas at once or arenas with more limit, who knows.
