Leaving SLC , and trekking the cold mountains of the Highlands, you finally arrive at the coast, with quite a few boats at the docks

Look for a boat that doesn't seem to be guarded and make sure it is a sailing ship.

You find a completely unguarded boat, that has both an engine and a sail, with a room below deck, and it seems sea worthy
