It's an odd situation. Selina and Victoria are standing in the middle of a group of odd beings, three of those angelic creatures plus a number of blobs with vague humanoid features like arms and faces. Outside of that are many more of these blobs, along with what appear to be people until you look closer and note the absence of both bright colors and distinguishing features. These things, not-people and blobs alike, appear to be assembling some sort of village or encampment, buildings of loose stone blocks. Further off, surrounded by three
12-foot-tall snow-white humanoid creatures with insectoid and reptilian features, including a bug-like head and a scaley tail, is a hovering individual shrouded in black robes, watching the progress and occasionally summoning a fist of stone from the earth before shattering it into a number of blocks and a bunch of rock dust, which is carried off by more of the not-people. Past this, a crowd of many kinds of beings--people of various sorts, monsters of many others--is watching what is going on around the portal. Above, a humanoid with dark skin, wings, and an iron breastplate circles, watching. This being seems to notice Selina and Victoria, as it starts to descend.
A fireball exploding near the humanoid calls attention to the greater part of the plain. The fireball exploding is not the only one exploding in the blood-red dome over this strangely flat land, a land with little vegetation and less green. The ground is composed mainly of rubble of various sorts, with iron towers poking out of the ground in the distance.
