Victoria finds that she has indeed seen Selina's soul before. She had observed her as a a young child in a past life where she had been beaten by robbers and left dead in an alley in some ancient land.

"Your childhood seems to be consistently unfortunate." Victoria smiles sadly.

Selina remains silent, knowing it was true. She never had a good childhood, and apparently she never had.

The room through the door appears to be an infirmary of some kind. A man clothed in what looks like what a doctor would wear in mediveal times is standing by a bed. On the same bed is the Snake Girl Ke, apparently quite hurt. Angerus appears to be praying next to the bed as a Catgirl stands awkwardly in the door way.

"Okay, I've done all I can for her. We just need to wait through the night we can be sure is she will be okay."
This appears to be the doctor talking

"ARE YOU FUCKING SURE SHE'LL BE OKAY!?"

The man puts a hand on the Angry Marine's back before leaving.

"...I'm just thankful I wasn't the one who ended your last life... though I suppose I should say sorry and offer to harm myself for just watching you die and filing a report afterwards..."
Victoria continues watching.

He closes the door and sighs, laying back down on the spare bed.

Victoria finds no other recognition of Selina, her soul seems pure and empty of any ill intent ever.

Kyle walks away not convinced in the slightest. He goes to find Ashley.

((I'm not actually sure about how souls work in this setting and whether that stuff can be detected by Victoria. So I'll just ignore it for now.))
Victoria deactivates her ability she softly kisses Selina once.

A few minutes pass of Angerus kneeling there and staring. The two girls can hear murmmering, probably a prayer to the God Emperor. Suddenly a small shake goes thorugh his body, then another and another. He appears to be crying.

"Th-this is right before we all di-died. A group of ba-bad people had just att-attacked the airship and I had go-got-gotten hurt in the fighting. Angerus car-carried me away to Barth and he he-helped me. They are wai-waiting to see if I will die or not."
Shes smiles sadly.
"I di-didn't but that didn't ma-make much of a diff-difference in the end."

Selina is surprised by the kiss and kisses back, not sure how to react.
