They might wear that as a uniform, or just have a weird fashion sense or like cosplaying. Come to think of it, it's probably the latter."

Victoria summons a piece of paper with an incoherent mass of meaningless lines. [MAG:78+20] Focusing, she uses a rewrite to modify the evidence (the paper) to indicate something else. Now the paper displays an image of Selina's other personalities idling in her mind. She then happily hugs Selina.
[RTD:6] Well... spacing out tends to alarm Selina a bit, so Victoria decides to avoid spacing out. Partially retreating into her mind, she begins stabbing herself with a phantasmal blade of negative thoughts. She makes a note to think up of less convoluted ways to avoid spacing out [SPI:7+17] before completely breaking from the psychological trauma. Supplice just sort of stands there, mildly embarrassed at how badly she screwed that up.
