Actually his 'magic' is basically him being so hilariously GAR about THE EMPRAH that he manages to make his prayers actually WORK. So yeah he gets a MAG roll.

Angerus sets Selina down and gives her the Aquila.
"FUCKING KEEP IT, IT COULD COME IN FUCKING HANDY! NOW IF YOU FUCKING EXCUSE ME I HAVE SOME LITERARY TRAVESTY TO HIDE SO THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN BE HIT BUT ITS FUCKING SUCKINESS!"
Angerus takes the bag and leaves. Possibly followed by screams from the library asking where all the copies of the Starcrossed series went.
