Ricardo glances at Fluffy, "Well that's new." Ricardo decides that proper diagnosis is nt something he gets paid for so he just empties the entire bottle of the enhanced 3-methylmorphine pills (the ones with reduced side effects, not the super heroin/opium ones) and throws them in Fluffy's general direction. The pills seem to sublimate on impact with the ground, covering him with a pain-killing miasma.
