"Like I said, I need flesh and/or other biological matter to make the tail and any other adjustments, and I don't have much on hand. Because I have slender fingers.
But anyway, if you can either get flesh or pay something else that's worth as much, I will accept it. I'm pretty flexible where acceptable payment methods are concerned, you knid of have to be in my line of work."

"How much flesh?"

"At least enough to make the tail, probably a bit more. That will cover base material costs. Also, there's the question of my fee.
Hmmm. It will be less efficient to make the tail out of the materials I have on hand than adding a pre-created tail, but if you can then replace those materials and get Selina to make another tail to my specifications later, I will consider that sufficient payment."
