"Technically no, but-" she flexes her hand which then cackles with sparks "-the human's body generates about 7 kilo watts a hour so I can usually steal enough for small things like shocking a guy unconscious. If I need more, we are living in the technological age. Most here have a phone, there 5 plug sockets I can see, etc. Failing that, I can try and steal it from other people, but even the magical unaware will try resist my attempts so that a last resort."
