"What about toxins? Specifically neurotoxins that can be applied to a throwing knife~"

"Presumably? I'm not really sure how your shape-shifting would work with my Improvements, so I'd recommend starting with something a little less dramatic, but normally yes. It's not free, though, and it takes some time."

"Leaving aside the obvious problem of needing a cover story for the whole "I'm making them with magic!" thing and the lack of a cover identity for the whole "just a kid" thing, I still need materials, time and magic, and there are... other problems that... I'd rather not go into, but...
Well, anyway, if someone at the school needs a new limb, amputee or not, I'll sell them what they want, barring exceptions."
