She does a mildly enthusiastic jump, and looks into the stairway.

"We're not splitting up... especially in this place..."
Isaac heads to the staircase and starts descending. He projects a small orb of light in front of himself.
"Let's."

Darnos follows along.

"Let's what?"

Angel has presumably fixed Max's hands, breasts and shirt.

After a second of thought, Lyle gently places Darnos on his shoulder.

"Well, you know. Go find Jason. Considering this is what we've come to do in the first place."
Their footsteps echo up and down the stairway eerily. It smells not of death, but of... a rainforest?
As they descend more, the walls slowly become more covered in moss and vines.

[SOLDIER First]

"Right."
*facepalm*


"What's with the plants and such?"

" it appears as though this tunnel probably has some sorts of enchantments on it. While on the train, I had seen no rain forests, and there are no rain forests on my map "
Mike pulls out a map from his inner pocket on his jacket

"Not sure... This place constantly changes. It shifts, so no two times you go through it are the same. I mean, there are ways of going through exactly where you want to, but none of those are accessible to us right now."
The staircase slowly is covered by foliage and thin bushes. The ceiling of the staircase is beginning to have vines grow onto it.

" so, Jason DIDN'T go this way? "
Mike's face is expressionless

"Well, he was thrown into here via portal. Where as we are taking the old way."
They finally find a room. It appears to be an underground jungle. The air is moist and foliage is up to their knees.

[Mysterious warrior]

" So, is this like a maze or whatever? If so, I brought bread crumbs. "

[Xantalos]

If you wish me to, I will clear the foliage.

"Well, this is The Labyrinth. Also, trust me, those bread crumbs won't have any affect here."
Isaac chops at the foliage with his cog-blade, forming a thin path. A roar from a feline can be heard.
"I'm fine with this, Darnos."
