* Vornar is a jerk and you expect him to be treated nicely.
* Vornar had good quantities of wangst, far higher than Isaac's ever were.
* "Her "major flaws" will be stubbornness and a bad temper." Aside from gender, this describes Vornar perfectly.
* See the fourth point under "Skills" and consider why Vornar was at one point nicknamed the "boner mage".
* "She might [...] reform an entire population center of its negative qualities." Aside from gender and the fact that he's planning to fix a segment of the population rather than a city, this fits how you described the de-vamping plan.
* "Perform a Heroic Sacrifice as a way to prove that she's Too Good For This Sinful Earth. Bonus points if the story goes out of the way to ensure she doesn't leave an ugly corpse (whether it be by a method that doesn't involve external physical damage or by her body not being recovered). More bonus points if it turns out to be a Disney Death." If we accept your premise that Vornar's death was because he was right and the Headmistress was a jerk, this fits perfectly.
* "The author takes personal offense at any criticism of the character or story, no matter how well-meaning or justified it is. Bonus points for an overblown ego behind it." I'll just leave this here.
* These assorted traits are much more prominent in Vornar than Isaac's divine ancestry and colorful eyes are.
In conclusion, don't dish it out if you can't take it.
Oh, and the multicolored eyes were presumably inspired by Selina and Lyle having the same when their different personalities come out. Because, you know, the colors only change when Maroon, Pink, Gray, or someone comes out.
Darnos shouldn't have used the word 'preference'. Now Victoria thinks that Medea wants to have sex with hair and that Not!Selina wants to have ex with the concept of pain.

But in my opinion, Ricardo has the largest flaw:
-FBI Watchlist: Seriously, every time he uses his ability to modify a substance I haven't depicted him using before, I have to search up the medication and find out its side effects and whether it could be used to create illicit substances. It's really fucking awkward doing that and thinking 'Well fuck, I'm probably listed as a potential/suspected drug dealer now'.

Anyways...Angel's potential flaws that I see.
* Five Years Old: This causes all sorts of...problems.
* Doesn't Act Like It: I've been trying to work on this, but I'm 13 years out of practice. And let's face it, we have no idea how a 5-year-old would react to having magic. Or a tail. And I don't think any of us have experience with how 5-year-olds react to killing lots of people, mortal danger, or other side effects of being soldiers.
* Limited Utility: I chose water-magic because it seemed like a nice opposite to RotMG!Angel, but there's surprisingly little to do with it.
* Passive: As much due to my inability to be online when everyone else is, my screwed-up schedule, and my habit of losing track of where everything is, I suppose.
* Vampire: This is interesting in some ways, but when combined with certain other factors (*cough*Vornar*cough*), it causes issues.
