Or it could have just not happened to Selina since the there is nothing saying you can't retcon it in.

Just a preface.
They way I understand GMing is that the GM has control over everything in his universe.
However Krinkle and all of that scene didn't take place in Rag's universe, it took place in mine.
So yeah, there was a bit of cross cosmology contamination going on there.
