Isaac should be grateful Alex is a nicer person than I am. I don't know whether you've lived in a dorm before, but playing your music loudly enough to be heard throughout is a terrible thing to do. Especially at a school/university dorm, especially when you can make your room soundproof with a moment's thought.
Seriously, if I was living there I would stab him, and there isn't a jury in the world that would convict me.
