Anyways, two idea. One is Tattletale or a copy thereof. The other, I'll call "Trump" until I come up with a proper name, has the ability to copy powers, talents, and other "schticks" from nearby people. Each is at a higher level than the copied--pyrokinesis is hotter, clairvoyance is clearer, chess skill is more successful, etc. That said, the more schticks he copies, the worse he becomes at everything else, and if he copied a couple dozen abilities, not only would he suck at most non-ability-related things, each power would be severely weakened by the twenty-odd other powers' cumulative drawback!
