It's an emotionless moe shy bookworm who is heavily implied to be a broken bird, who fits the mystical waif type hugging a baby catgirl based off a moe version of a Ms. Fanservice who was based off two moe characters (the female MC from Persona 3 and Rise) hugging each other.

Selina PALES in comparison.
