So, I'm gonna discuss the Sci-Fi Conquest later, once I have something other than an iPad. Particularly the terrible broken espionage mechanics. No offense.

Province 26 will be named South Harsin Plateau.
Province 46 will be named Plains of The Geneth.
Province 50 will be named Hamani Gulf .
The army in Endless Skirmish Waters will move to the Perinan Fields.
The army in the South Harsin Plateau will move to Endless Skirmish Waters.
The army in the Hamani Gulf will move to Maeiyha Range.
The army in the Plains of Castul will move to province 49.
The army in the Plains of Geneth will move to province 45.
The army in Belthor's Wall will move to the North Harsin Plateau(there might not be one there, but it is in my list.)
Army production will start in South Harsin Plateau.

Diplomacy, I believe, has been settled, and thus I dissect the Sci Fi Conquest.

The Espionage mechanic is simply bad. If it was based on something you could make and use up for multiple tries, perhaps...but as it is, it's simply bad. A Coup de'Etat has a 1/216 chance of working, and a 96/216(12/27) chance of revealing the spy. Meanwhile, someone with Spymasters has a 1/8 chance of a Coup de'Etat working(27 times as likely to work), can try it every turn, and the only downside is someone learning they tried it.

Basically, I roll an eight sided die every turn, and if it comes up an '8', I take all your fleets and your capital. If it comes up a 3 or less, you know I tried.

See what's wrong?

Still a bit overpowered, since Incite Mutiny us a 1 in 4 chance of working for Spymasters, but only a 1 in 36 chance for everyone else.

You probably just need to rework it. Simple is better, but the system as a whole needs to be made sure that it fits the balance you're looking for. For example, invading is almost always a better idea than waiting, right now. Since it means they cannot invade the province you came from, if you win, and if you lost, you probably would have lost anyway.

I'm thinking a couple things. 1, you should get a bonus based on how much of a numbers advantage you have, as amassing an army rather than sending wave after wave if one army at a time is current,y useless. 2, armies that remain in a province for a turn rather than move should get a bonus to defense, representing building fortifications. 3, that espionage style mechanics should be completely reworked. And 4, introduce some sort of wealth system or similar, so trade, valuable metal deposits or good resources, all give different things and advantages. As it is, explorers are only good for finding black hols and exploring wormholes.

Edit even though it's what I originally came to the thread for today; I'll be gone til the sixth or so, so GWG can take over for me if I don't respond and you guys get antsy. Lukienator, you can PM about our diplomacy talks.

MAHNYA's armies moved around her domain, and only one of them moved to engage an enemy - unfortunately the mountain-dwelling giants were too togh of an opponent, and thusly the humans were crushed and routed.

Question- I know you can only produce in five provinces at once, but are you allowed to pause production in one place and start it somewhere else?  I asked to do that last turn but it didn't happen, so I'm not sure if that was an oversight or intentional.
