Lightly touch the slime to see if it does something, if not pick up the ice and see if it has any characteristics different from normal ice (Heavier, lighter, stronger, etc…) if nothing seems different hurl the ice against the wall.
First spell had an unclear result, but the slime word is Noviski.

Not online every Friday evening till Saturday night. If I am listed as online, I am still not online, as my computer has an annoying habit of waking up to the tiniest distraction and then going off to sleep again.

That'd be a pretty cool fight.


Letting players choose where to spawn is interesting, but has a couple issues.  When do they spawn relative to the death of the prior player?  If "instantly" as it is now, then you have to wait for those players to choose a spawn location.  If "Next turn" then there's the chances of other players moving/acting to screw with that.  I prefer the flow of just picking a safe-ish spot and letting them go.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

((Uh, when the players reach the top five in the waitlist, send them a pm to send you a pm of their spawn location? I never said to make the spawn location public.

And the reason I'm bringing this up, is that if we've got a lot of dangerous stuff going that are not the players, we might have a problem a players spawning right next to a murderous magma-shooting aliens. Although it's a solvable problem even without changing anything.))

Dexterity is used to aim spells, causing a contrary roll. Dexterity is just as neccesary, if not more, as potency. Avoiding is an extra.
