Edit: 40 turns, not 40 days. That's still almost a month in real life and almost three and a half years in game. Total bullshit. This dude ether needs to pay serious reparations and stop his chemical weapons programs, or we need to set up a series of attacks to knock him out of the game.

I agree, the leader looks half decent, but the rest of the alliance is acting like shit. But who knows, maybe they are all working together. My chemical weapons are primed.
