Okay. That is good. I just sold blood diamonds, forget they were up again this turn, so I really only need about 112k money now to get my growth up.

If someone can send me the 112k to break 110 gdp on the next update I can instantly pay them back in blood diamonds as soon as the tick happens. So it will technically cost you nothing.

I am WW1Supr with 20k guys who are rabble. If I attack a 19cent with 3k rabble I will win without any losses?

Okay so I got my growth up. Got some other questions:

I am WW1Supr with 20k guys who are rabble. If I attack a 19cent with 3k rabble I will win without any losses?

At 5k or less there is no defence and if attacked will auto lose the war with out a fight.  5k and less nations are farming targets and should be the ones you hit.
On top of that, hit your upper limit of GDP range, there are plenty of inactive 5k< troop nations between 200 and 800 gdp.  All of which are Free Market so their growth stays up so they will recover the damages actually kind of fast.  Because of that some can be hit multiple times before going out of range.

My initial target grew out of my range but I got a nice 53 gdp from someone else at minimal cost. My reputation is isolated now.

Lost nothing in the war. Tempted to go do some privatizing and soldier recruitment and such. Will go see what is worth doing.

Popped someone with 2k troops, made ~70 GDP, pretty pleased. In the process, I found another ~200 GDP nation with 3k troops
