Okay, I've set up a character and my name is Squitange. I think I found the place we're waiting at, when is the next pickup?

I'm coming on now, anyone need a ride from SB?
It would be nice if I had access to something faster than a rowboat...

Hey, I got a guy willing to trade lead for cotton kilo for kilo, however much he can mine. Considering we have no lead for anchor building, this might be a good opportunity.

That's a good trade, go ahead for it, just keep ~10kg cotton in storage, the rest you can trade away.

Sweet! I only need enough for an anchor, so the rest will be public

Got confirmation. 140kg of lead for 140kg of cotton, on neutral ground on the shore of Horseshoe Lake.

He says it'll be ready by this evening plus transport time. I'd prefer it if we could have a couple of semi-competent fighters along for security from mobs and such.

EDIT: I'm thinking the lemon grove marked on here for the trade?

EDIT2: Time estimate is 2 hours from the time he starts working to completion, but we'd have to pick it up. +1 day for delivery.

EDIT3: We may get lucky on the delivery time, there's apparently a lost rowboat near the island this guy's on that may be functional. That would reduce the time for delivery considerably, probably not more than another hour or two to the original time. Pickup is likely going to be tomorrow afternoon because of his local time.

Do we have anyone aside from me who will be around between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Eastern for the pickup?

Do you still need a fighter to help?

I'll probably show up to help broker the deal tomorrow.  Nothing like showing up in armor to encourage a safe trade.

Not that cotton is that valuable (neither is lead) so I wouldn't expect betrayal.  If we were trading jewelry or enchanted items, then maybe, but cotton's cheap.

Let him know that we have a cloth tailor and if he's after particular items we can craft it.
