The "Ross Vernal Games" Metathread

So, pretty much the point of this thread is as follows:

  • To provide an intended update schedule.
  • To take suggestions for the games themselves.
  • Ramble on about mechanics in a way that would be unfitting for respective OOC threads. Like "Oh hey, what's Freya's profile like in Adventure Party stats?" or "What would a KAIPRIEST-MARINE be like?" and other pointless, but hypothetical and fun ideas like that.
  • To accept compliments and/or ignore insults.

If you lot want to turn it into some sort of forum game, then you are free to do so, but I ain't running it.

Anyway, for point 1:

Adventuring Party, Alpha Group: Tomorrow.
Kai Queen, Tactics Mode: Later tomorrow.
WIZARD-HERO: Within the next two or three days.
Punitive Invasion: Within the next three days or so.
Adventuring Party, Beta Group: After Round 3 of Alpha Party combat. Sorry about the delay, folks; I'd like to keep a flow going and I don't have a description for Oasis yet.
You Are: I dunno, man. Whenever, maybe. HAIL ERIS.

I will use it for the purposes I stated, but feel free to do pretty much whatever so long as it obeys the rules, blah blah, etc etc.

The problem is I can't write games for shit. Nor can I keep them alive as seen with my most recent game. So I'll propose that Ross is a sniper for a PMC and he is on a mission to begin this game.

Obviously, I'm secretly a time traveling space marine from an alternate future where psychic wasps conquered Earth and I'm here to prepare humans for it by running forum games a few centuries in advance. You totally figured it out, guys!

Yeah, the time travel machine sort of missed its intended time by a little bit.

On the other hand, Englishguy Sillyname (Bumpercar Cabbagepatch) was never the Prime Minister in this timeline, so, y'know, it's not so bad.

There was a fire near my home. Two transformers are down, and just came back on.

Work shut down early. I'm just letting you know I'm keepin' off the computer tonight just in case we get another outage. We had three blackouts. The fire is contained, but we've got a power flex alert going on.
