The party store where I do seasonal work starts its big halloween push the second Friday of each september. Nothing sinister about it... although we do stock some movie monster costumes. Hrmm...

But anyway, devtalk time. Weird, in the wiki it's implied that players are required to invest growth points in order to rank up their skills, if you want to just give ranks out like that, change the way growth points are explained on the wiki.
Skill rank ups. I honestly think it's too easy to get a rank. I feel like all levels should be bumped up a space on the chart, and the curve should be changed in general.

The exact details of Grek's prayer rolls are known only to Grek at this point, but I assure you, they will make things interesting.

Edit: Magia progression is rather easy. It is countered by the fact that the combat and choices a character must make are brutally and unforgivingly hard.

Yeah, this is definitely going to be interesting. A harsh choice, but a simple decision in the end. With the sort of person Jerry is, there isn't any other way that this was going to end. I do have a few questions for Weird about the specifics, I suppose.

I'll update the opprotunities and dish out GP and FP tomorrow. I will be cramming to have everything ready to go Friday night, so I may have to push back until Saturday.

Honestly with friends, school, work, and other games I may not be able to even attempt to commit to one night a week this semester.  Friday, as it turns out, works is the night when it is easiest for me and Kuji to get together with our group of friends. We will likely have to play things by ear and schedule sessions when we can, likely on short notice.

On that note, what would you guys think of this idea? I'd be willing to let two-three new players in the game so it will be easier to get a good sized group for a session on short notice. I will likely have to cut alot of fluff from the forum turns or get help writing them to save time if I do this.

No comment on more players. If you think you can handle it, go for it. If not, don't. You know your limits better than we do.

Well, anything that gets the group above 3-4 players a session is a good thing for sure. I can help out with writing up turns if you're okay with a player doing that. As long as I'm not writing for Miles, I should be able to refrain from any awesome jokes.

Think you'll finally have time to go over my character before you hit the sack? New new dude I PMed you about yesterday.

I wouldn't mind some extra guys, really....we could use the help during missions.

Also, fluff is easy-you can just subcontract that out to your other players. :P I'd be willing to do it, as well.

Also, wow, dose sea slugs are super powerful, if horrible tasting. If I find a way to suppress my sense of taste...

Questions, do they have to be eaten whole and raw as they are for them to provide benefits?
Is eating one a full turn or merely a move/attack action?
Do the benefits stack? Can I chow down on three before a mission and get three free cantrips?

I think Grek just summed up my feelings on any extra players being included. If you think you can handle them, I think I can scrounge up a few more players from a couple of places.
