"I can see why the major gods think we're stupid."
((You might want to re-read the turn. I think you missed an important event and an ominous statement of avoided fate.))

"Please stop attempting to intertwine things with The Caged One, it's going to wake up billions of years early."
Maybe if you had conferred with people other than your spare personalities about an omnicidal Caged One in the center of the planet...

((Pure oxygen is not something you want anywhere near flames. The current atmosphere is very similar to Earth's, with slightly more oxygen and less trace elements.))

Pure O2 + heat = BOOM.
Mostly N2 + some O2 + Heat = mostly N2 + some O2 + Heat

The line you missed was "Wherein a GM's evil plans to annihilate everything above the planet's crust due to a stray spark are rendered unlikely, "

Swap some N2 with a little CO2, add some H2 and H2O, as well as some He, and you got a stable atmosphere. Pure O2? Not at all stable.

((Pure oxygen still needs fuel for the fire and there isn't a lot of that thanks to someone making an entirely chlorine based atmosphere.))

((I assume mana counts as fuel, too, and someone made mana infused trees that go down to the leylines. Not instant Plantexplode, I guess, but it would take less than a turn.))

((The current atmosphere is much preferable to the proposed pure oxygen one, anyways. Chlorine is pretty combustible, too, but thankfully that got replaced. Nitrogen, while not exactly a noble gas, is far less reactive.

((Um, wood counts as fuel too...and mana probably isn't more flammable than electricity.))

"Dear Auphanim, it probably would be easier not to step all over your plans if you ever bothered elaborating on what they were. But anyway."

Pet the Caged One, teach it that Yon loves it and that it should love the Thoquas and the planet in turn.

We believe this was pointed out to it earlier.

"Well fine, since you seem so insistent on messing with it, it's now sentient billions of years early and is now trying to break through the mantle. Any contect with the outside world will only expedite it's escape. So would you kindly back off and let me do damage control?"
