I eagerly await myself. I loved how you ran everything. If I could, I'd pay 10$(Canadian) just to get you motivated.

And I think one thing that will happen is New-Hatvia (which is what I'll call the city-state Mr. Hats will run) and I will get along well at first, and the constructo-mancer will make these god awful fortresses that scare people when they move any direction close to you (and by god awful, I mean horrifyingly scary and armed to the teeth)

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.

(Mmm, I mean, games always go along chronological ally with real life, like assasins creed, that one myan apocalypse game, or even serious Sam.

Probably slenderman too, also SCP: containment breach.)

Actually, fallout is pretty weird chronologically, it seems it progressed fairly normally for the times at about 1980 to 1990 from the computer and car design, but I between there they encountered a massive technological boom, most likely from the aliens from the Easter eggs, and developed these amazing weapons, most of which where still in the style and limits of the times, but were still leaps and bounds above what we have today, at least on weaponry, at this point, something caused WWII for realises this time and nuclear bombs were like confetti, put up everywhere and really annoying, this caused a massive breakdown of the ecosystem and put the character where they are today.

Heres a quick derail idea that will benefit me:

I'm making a character in D&D who is a Human Artificer. His alignment is Evil, he wears a black cloak and hood, he is immortal and he carries a hand crossbow as his weapon.

Your job:
Give him some other quirks or personalities and backstory filler, and a d6 will determine if I use it, 1 is hell no, 2 is consideration, 3 is yes with major alterations, 4-5 is a yes with minor alterations, and 6 is everything you said, word for word, he is/has done. Unless it doesn't fit the above things, in which case it will be a critical failure.

He has crafted a weapon that can trap monsters and other creatures in extradimensional space, but it's only useable to catch one at a time. He made 3 prototypes; He lost the first (not sure if it works or not), he trapped a rabbit in the second to test if it works, and someone stuck an arrow through the third from a mile away.
