I'd reckon that Nuriel is the tallest period, followed by Anima, followed by Gintama, followed by Matt, then Maria and Kyle/Not Kyle then Selina/Ghost. Probably Alistair, then Angel. Then Connie.

An average 5-year-old girl is about 41-42 inches tall. Angel is short for a 5-year-old, and hence is probably 39-40 inches, which puts the 3'6" Connie 2-3 inches above Angel.
