In the year 1144 Scapheap of House Mist was elected to the Regency of Atlantis. Among their notable supporters were House Lann, House Helthera, and House Salyar. Many other smaller, less prodigious houses supported this course of action and the opening days of House Mist's reign were filled with expectations.

It is now time for House Helthera to establish their starting provinces.
