The funny thing is, for the armor damage quality roll, it survived without permanent damage.

Even though it's glowing and sort of fused, it's totally intact. It's gonna need a bit of work to be restored to Good quality, but I'm just going to quietly assume that goes on in the background at some point and not even bother to note it on the page.

Everything went better than expected!

Though, it is convenient we located a bad guy so easily, dealing with the 'mutual slavery' conflict was a grey-dark prospect. Blaming the sun-elves is much better...perhaps too good to be true. Who is this blue dude and why wasn't he at the meeting?

He's the third-act villain, obviously.

He's the Blue Clan. All of it. He's technically the King, but given the divisions in the tribe, he's only respected as far as he can throw you. Which is still pretty far, but not near as much as the respect due to a king.

And while it is convenient, it's actually true. They threw oil on the fire and set up the situation for sparks to fly, so they can casually steal and profit from both sides until one or the other wins and becomes the target for slaughter/slavery.

As far as why he wasn't there, he's an ancient midget. His stride really isn't that long.

- Sun elves are greedy arrogant bastards who hate all non sun-elves, so they decided to provoke a race war so as to turn enemies on each other and facilitate stealing everything
- Both sides fell for it, aside from the Blue Clan, no idea on humans (there is one group, not respected, but you don't know that IC)
- MEGATENSION from hundreds of years of war has both sides going "lol, peace through genocide"
