For the sake of flow, nonfighters are moving outside. The Thales elf duel will be different and separate posts. We're gonna wilfully and cheerfully declare a PIME TARADOX on it, too.

Well, it's tactics.

While Mr Sunshine can try for the all or nothing suicide shot, the bonus favor Thales.  Sunshine ain't a "dark " wage so he can't do many debuffs.

1 - Neck shot at -5
2 - Light Flare
3- Dodge
4- Discharge Stored Spell
5- Normal attack
6- Buff Self

Random gives me a... 6. 13.

Thales attack: 24 after bonus
Defense: 20 after bonus.

This should be fun to write.

I think it might be interesting and short; the sun elf got plagued by a couple of natural 1's and hilarity ensued.

Technically, the elf committed suicide, although given how he accidentally did it, Thales can get at least half the credit. Once he stops smoking and twitching, that is.

It would have been longer if he hadn't rolled a natural 1 for maintaining control of the spell, either person had gotten over a 10 for the dodge roll, and either party taken less than 38 damage.
