"Come forth, Yuiller! COME FORTH!", the summoner intones in a clear authoritative voice. You can feel the power in her Calling.

Huh... you guess your edits to the forbidden tomes last cycle worked. I mean how embarrassing would it be to be summoned by your real name, "Clarence Archibald Jr."? Lord Yuiller is so much cooler! Seriously, what was your mother thinking naming you Clarence?

The unholy chants bridge the gap between the 12 non-euclidean dimensions you currently occupy and the boring flat 3-dimensional space/time of mortals, and you begin to pour your considerable power through the breech. The simple utterance of your self-styled nickname sunders space and time. A sudden gust whips the robes of the seven cultists against their bodies and two of them step back in fright at the sudden appearance of the hellmouth through which you are being summoned. Your power washes over the assembled cultists and three of them fall to their knees weeping, overcome by your presence.

Finally the summoning comes to a head, the chant rising ever higher in volume and intensity as you painstakingly assemble your material form from the boringly stable 118 or so elements of this bounded space/time. Plucking nearby atoms from the air and altering their substance takes a lot of energy, but you have to make an impressive entrance after all or what's the point really? You assume your customary appearance before the summoner and assembled mortals.
