Because a 30 day rolling average with a 17G limit sucks.

200 GB limit before my internet slows down to dial up speed with no cost incurred.
Do I qualify?

Ok in all seriousness, it really does suck to have a small limit.

Low bandwidth is kinda relative..

I have a shitty ?? mbit connection. I don't actually know how much I can pull. Old cable owners here just get a deal called. As much internet as your cables can handle.

I think it is about 20-25mbit when the tubes are clear. Right now it's 14 mbits. Which is very shitty for Scandinavian city standards. If I lived 500 meters (1645ish feet people who can't comprehend the superior metric measurement system) down the street I could probably get a connection directly hooked up to the backbone and get 1gbit internet.

I used to have low bandwitch like you.
Then I moved to Sweden.

Seriously, back in Greenland we didn't have much of a bandwidth due to a monopolization policy which is (thankfully) slowly being eroded.
At this moment (As I heard from my siblings who stil live there.), they have 20GB (used to be 9) internet for what could be equivalent of 170 dollars.
When that is used up, it's all going via phone bills. (Which adds up quickly.)

Do you mean to imply you chew through 200 gigs on youtube?
The most brutal I have ever done, and this was really fucking pushing it, was 170 gb.
