Name:Gurmba
Characteristics
Gurmba is a miniscule sparrow with brightly colored, but not glowing feathers, extremely sharp claws, a large intellect, and cannot control the ability to shoot 3 foot lasers from his eyes, making them constantly on, preventing sight.
Gurmba is a psychopath that can grow heavily mutated body parts only in numbers evenly divisible by 13. He has a slight affinity with magic, and can shit with pinpoint accuracy. He owns three supervillain lairs.
Gurmba use of psychic powers greatly reduces his ability to perceive the outside world, while only slightly increases his ability to see. He moves at Mach 7, never being able to slow down, and is invulnerable as long as he doesn't run into a see-through or reflective substance. Gurmba cannot use the Thu'um, and anytime he gets a top hat it immediately blows off.
Gurmba is a high ranking demon in his reality, and can reach double his default size at will. He is an impractical hero that can hypnotize children, and has no means of perceiving the outside world as effective as sight.
Name:Kyle Johnson
Characteristics
Kyle Johnson is an utterly terrible mage with powers over air, is a 25 foot tall man made of vines, and has long, untamably stringy hair that is alive, and made of water.
Kyle Johnson has a magic reducing shotgun, and lives in a complex tent in an alleyway. He is a greatly hidden thaumaturge of paralleled skill. He has a lovely 22 foot tall wife that is composed of earth, and has hair made of swirling air, and an unlucky fox that goes by the name of 'Lucky.'
Kyle is only able to use menial force to get the shotgun into the hands of other magic users, and carries a single mouse-sized golem around with him only half the time. He can absorb the mass of other objects to grow a second head for 1 hour, and is occasionally hired for various jobs around the city he lives in, Hiroshima.
Kyle Johnson can regenerate with mass that he obtains, with less mass than what would be required normally. This is only able to be used for complete regeneration. He continually emits pheromones that only his wife is receptive to, and they make her go crazy for him. He is completely unable to change into any other form, or use magic any better than what he currently does. Kyle owns a rifle that uses the magical energy that the target has, but he is a terrible rifleman.
Name:Davy Jone's Serpent
Characteristics
Davy Jones' Serpent is a living pirate ship crewed by two headed, four armed lizardmen with wings and each head permanently locked in a single expression, and (the ship) can fly. It's prow is shaped like an resting serpent, and is made out of ironwood.
The Serpent was originally built as a merchant escort ship, but was stolen by the lizard men for their own use. The crew was warped to have a slightly higher level of intelligence buy the Serpent's magical radiation. The Serpent is the third in command to a lower body conjoined lizard man captain. The Serpent has only minor control over affecting the wind.
The Serpent is highly knowledgable when it doesn't need to be, about useless subjects, and is skilled in other magic that would harm itself when used. The Serpent's rank is indicative of its actual rank, but it desires to be in a higher state of command. The Serpent has only weapons that are highly outdated and would not harm enemy ships, but it has control over most of its weapons. It is one of the first of a new kind of magical aircraft.
The Serpent is one of the later models of its type. It is one of the weaker models that have had the cuts in after-market modifications. The lizard men are obsessed with all things mechanical, knowledge lacking in other fields, unless it comes to magic, since a fifth of the crew is a wizard of some form. The Serpent is very intelligent and cunning, but far lesser than its captain, who can bounce ideas between its heads.
Name:Terrance/Teresa Doyle
Characteristics
Terrance/Teresa Doyle is a magical artist who is an ape of both genders, with each gender being joined back-to-back with the opposite, resulting in double jointed arms and legs, as well as two faces on opposite sides of its head, and wears a pink and blue beret that is on their gray hair.
Terrance/Teresa escaped from a zoo that contained freak animals, is a master of the study of demons, and has a slight aversion to bananas. The female half smokes heavily (14 packs/day), while the male half detests the female's habit, preferring 'moderation' (7 packs/day). They can make the images they are thinking of real.
Terrance/Teresa are world renowned for their art, which is composed of impressionist landscapes, and horribly twisted portraits. They fought constantly in Vietnam, performing all manor of horrifying deeds, leaving them with debilitating PTSD that sparks up anytime they see any form of combat, instantly forcing them to violently join.
Terrance/Teresa have had many children with various lovers, and somehow each other, and once survived for months in the Vietnamese jungle with nothing but a palette knife. They have painted an army of portraits of themselves to bring to life, lapse into Vietnamese when stressed, prompting memories of the war, and they are susceptible to all diseases that are not smoking or jungle related.

Characteristics
Jubibilibiliby *boop* k'pop bweEEEEEee-puh the Seven Hundred and Eleventieth is a regular homosexual person with dull red fingernails, and nine heads. Each head has slightly large, unpointed noses.
Jubibilibiliby has an uncontollable ignorance of the world around him. He has large wings made of flame, and cannot go underneath the ground without his bones proceeding to change to a liquid state. He is hideous with his heads, and is a short human, but not at the level of dwarf.
Jubibilibiliby is a medium-ranking official in the country. The country is a socialist thaumameritocracy. Despite knowing a few forms of earth magic, his magical aura smell is that of cloves and burning rubber. He can never fly with his wings, making him a laughingstock of the rest of the government. The wings are blades of copper, though.
Jubibilibiliby is so terrible at games that require strategic thinking, he somehow manages to win them. He is vulnerable to fire magic due to his feathery wings, his earth magic only functions when he is upside-down in the air. He can control bones with his magic, turning people into puppets, skeletons to life, bone weapons dance, etc., and is vulnerable to heat.
Name:John Kramer
Characteristics
John Kramer is a retired electrical engineer, who has extremely late stage brain and skin cancer, both of which have become sentient and send their thoughts into John's mind, but John is resilient enough that the adverse effects only affect him slightly. He has no hair, and is terrible at mind games.
John has a mild temper, and plans nothing out, so everything always goes wrong. He wears a white cloak with purple lining, and is a decent fighter.
John has telepathic powers that can, at most, move around 3 handfuls of rocks slowly, frequently screws up with poisoned weapons, keeps a single flintlock with him, is somewhat protective of his fiance, and rigs traps in areas he is staying in for a long while.
John Kramer keeps a hidden, retractable dagger up one of his sleeves, and he doesn't care what his blade looks like, just that they get the job done. He has an affinity for opening standard locks, hates law enforcement, and stays calm under a low amount of pressure.
Name:Archmage Agah
Characteristics
Archmage Agah is an extremely weak lizard wizard that has yellow-colored scales, and has no ability to use time magic, but has minor control over flight, and minimal mind control.
Archmage Agah is completely invisible, and can modify her size by a ratio of 300% for one hour before needing a 2 hour 'recharge' time. She can speak any language, but only uses the ones that no one speaks. She is a friend of weak wizards and an enemy of strong wizards, and can occasionally barf weak lightning from time to time.
Agah can stun her enemies with her mind, perform minor healing on a target, make visible portals that teleport objects sent through them to another, random portal, can run only at speeds exceeding Mach 1, and, when jumping, goes upwards 2000 feet no matter how much force is used. Agah's raindancing brings forth 100 year droughts to a region.
Archmage Agah is incredibly vulnerable to all things that would kill it, can transmute soft, valuable materials into hard, worthless materials and vice versa. She owns a type 42 TARDIS, can levitate metallic objects, and can create difficult to destroy, semi-transparent shields.
Name:JANIS-A5C
Characteristics
JANIS-A5C is a borg queen with ten arms and a lower body that appears to be a cheetah's body in centaur form that assimilates with a megaman gun arm, and can only talk smoothly and quickly, constantly, or else JANIS would temporarily stall. JANIS is composed of 100% tin, and has below average vision.
JANIS lives in an underwater dome beneath the Indian ocean, and uses a near extinct underwater volcano to produce BORG exoskeletons. She has 6 BORG (three tauric (one with horse lower body and 4 arms, one with cheetah lower body and 2 arms, one with an arachnid lower body with 14 arms), two five-armed insectoids, quadrupedal that looks like a lion) under her command that serve JANIS's every need. JANIS is waterproof, but quickly rusts.
JANIS has weapons of mass healing, and can convert biomass into metal internally, adding it to her mass. The Megaman gun arm has no additional attachments, with the regular being not very effective in its function. She has a Cthulu-esque mouth, and 15 organic tentacles coming out of the lower body's back.
JANIS plots world domination, and is likely to use the weapons of mass healing as leverage, because JANIS has a BORG assimilation virus that has a 5% rate of assimilation into the collective, and JANIS is going to release it in the near future.
Name:Lautrec the Guide
Characteristics
Lautrec the Guide is a mildly thin, but not bony, 24 years old man. He wears a fairly new, simple brown robe, and carries an old stick, and a bulky bronze lantern visibly glowing blue.
Lautrec's lantern gives him complete control over the temperature of a few mile radius. He is somewhat skilled in combat with his staff. He has orange eyes, and a mildly perceptive gaze. He does not wear any satchel.
Lautrec has the inability to speak to the living, being able to speak only to the long (100 year+) dead. He has a extremely allergic to dogs, and has knee-long white hair. He is skilled in healing magic, and lives in a cabin in a small suburb near the woods.
Lautrec had an accident when he was what humans would consider a young adult that left a decent portion of his body wounded, but he had all of his body, except his brain replaced by steam-punk machinery. The mechanisms are red from rust. He is distinctly Korean and shows this through his mannerisms and projected accent. Anything he touches imbues the item with unpredictable magical effects, if it doesn't already have a magical effect.
Name:Ayndr
Characteristics
Ayndr is a slightly smaller than average brown dragon, who is a well-known, risky explorer that has many enemies amongst the rich and powerful. He is also a diplomat, and has terrible charm.
Ayndr is fairly good at close-combat self defense, and continually lives in a swamp unless he has a job to do. He does not have a single specific mate, but has many foreign friends, and he hoards good habits, continually searching for new mannerisms. It is difficult for him to escape danger.
Ayndr is not a diety, but is worshiped by a cult of lizards, since it is an endangered breed of dragon. He is the worst diplomat in the world, putting off an aura that forces others to disagree with whatever he internally wants. He has a large supporting family that is immune to this effect, and explores for the respect of Indiana Jones.
Ayndr is expertly training a younger relative to be the best diplomat in the world, because he has no care in this world besides gaining his inheritance, and serving the obligations of his family. He is somewhat difficult to scare, and is forced not to negotiate a peace treaty for the future of his kind, and has been banned from training the person who would replace him, so he can be released and explore like his family wants him to.
Name:Bob the Paladin
Characteristics
Bob the Paladin has rippling muscles, the curse of being unable to equip armor, and a regular iron sword. He has a normal hatred for crime,
and has been blessed with the ability to sprout fire from his skin, but it would kill him instantly.
Bob is fairly charming, but has the look of a rotting corpse, and is a fair bit smaller than average. He follows the Paladin's Oath™ to the letter, and possesses next to no intelligence, quite often performing 'LEEROY JENKINS' maneuvers.
Bob died in battle with a necromancer a dozen years ago, and was revived by the Gods in order to have him to amuse them with his frequent screw-ups. He is unable to die from aging, since he no longer can age because of the resurrection, but ordinary weapons and diseases will still kill him. He only searches for major, highly defended criminals, only fighting minors when they come to him, and his preferred method of execution is devouring the whole body of his opponents.
Bob has the complete inability to use dark magic due to his ressurection by the dieties, but he has master holy arts. He has no entourage of undead, but he has angels that he has summoned in the past. They are working for the agent, who has a well-made cover as a well-known crime boss, who is known as 'Le Marco Da Gordon.' This leads other Paladins to believe that he has broken the code, causing them to attack him as well as criminals.
Name:G.Neric
Characteristics
G.Neric is from a large family that lives on the streets, where he learned basic thievery to get extra money. He is literally skinny as a stick, and can move at a minimum of 60 miles per hour, maxing out at 100 miles per hour. He also has a quick thinking mind.
G.Neric plays the bagpipes with little skill, but has a knack for applying physics to his tasks. His family is composed entirely of red heads, and he has a literally stick thin forehead, which complements the rest of his body. He owns a fairly large collection of model daggers.
G.Neric's family's red hair makes them unable to use any form of magic. The family owns a 1974 Ford Mustang that runs off of nitrogenous oxide fuel only. He has a lethal poison coating on all of his daggers, and has bagpipes that shoot nerve gas at the person who tries to use them. He cannot cut up fruit, each time he tries, he winds up cutting himself.
G.Neric's hair signifies that he is weak to fire magic. He breaks everything he tries to fix, and is an utterly terrible sailor. His chin is covered with permanent acne scars, and he can't handle alcohol.
Name:Wincerind
Characteristics
Wincerind is a dark and ominous mage with minimal reality-bending powers. He has a couple of cheep bracelets from a department store, and no rings on his clean-shaven face. He has been cursed not to be able to equip any hat, otherwise his head would explode.
Wincerind temporarily loses all of his powers if he someone calls him a wannabe, and has become a skilled carpenter in order to make ends meet. He has a great enough hatred for cats that he must kill them on sight, and has minor skill in single-wielding swords thanks to this. His hat curse also extends to illusions of hats.
Wincerind is a terrible bowman, and can cause the RNG to reroll a 1 every 3 ones that the character rolls. (only applies during the game itself, not character creation) He lives in a somewhat impressive tower at the top of Mt. Everest made from transported rock. Whenever he tries to manipulate rock, nothing happens, but he has an imp named Toby who is able to divide into 4 bodies, who can change to the form Wincerind commands them to, the size maximum lower the higher number divided. (maximum size for 1 is an adult African Elephant, divide by the number of bodies to get the maximum size those can reach.)
Wincerind can imbue any metal object with sentience and force it to obey his will, which led him to thievery of metal objects to get supplies. He is terrible at it. He can throw knives with low accuracy, and cannot manipulate their flight path, despite the first ability. He is a decent lockpicker, and can rip his enemies apart from the inside with demonic shadows, due to making a deal with demons so that he would get these powers in exchange for his soul, and their ability to do absolutely anything they want to him.
Name:Arin Winterlocks
Characteristics
Arin Winterlocks has looks equivalent to a goddess, making her instinctively swarmed by peoples of both genders unless they have a high enough willpower. She is an elf only slightly adapted to living underground, and has exceptional skill with swords, but has a dismal skill with bows.
Arin Winterlocks is a semi-successful adventurer, who comes from a town where she is the romantic interest of everyone in the town over the age of 14, of both elven genders. She is horribly greedy, but is also somewhat charitable. She has no harem to speak of.
Arin runs no charities, and has crashed a few others. She has a decent-sized informat network that spans the country she is within. She is in continual contact with all of the rich and powerful, leaving her unable to sleep for many years. She is a horribly skilled assassin and spy, being caught every time she tries to perform a mission, but she is a decent liar.
Arin had defeated 4 demons through her charms and looks, but due to this she has memorials defiled by towns and cities. Despite this, she is the subject of many epic songs and plays. She has 42 children thanks to her goddes-like looks, and she has utterly dismal ability to use healing magic.
Name:TOPHAT
Characteristics
TOPHAT is an average sized, stark white, sentient to the point that he has to perpetually hear all the worst thoughts that everyone in the universe has, British police officer hat with no ability to gain mystical powers.
TOPHAT has poor cognitive powers can be the only one within the multiverse at any point in time, instantly violently exploding in the fashion of a nuclear bomb if there is another one of it in the multiverse it occupies. It possesses the ability to reproduce with any other species, being a composite of all genders of all species. It is the greatest enemy of the Hat Gods, and smells like air with mushroom spores.
TOPHAT is made of a strange material that is indestructible unless one of his weaknesses are exploited. He can speak only to the mind of anyone wearing it, causing them to immediately take it off, unless he quickly convinces them to keep it on through his persuasive skills that make the wearer a zombie controlled by the hat. He leads the anti-hat-god rebels, and has an well-known altar in a local museum that he cannot move from, that also lets the hat gods know exactly where he is, as well as the names of the rebels he knows of.
TOPHAT has the weakness of absorbing all damage of its wearer, in addition to damage dealt to it, is the champion of the anti-hat-god-gods. TOPHAT gains no additional powers when it is on its alter, but is not weakened while on it. It can sense fear in a 20 meter radius, and feels the sharpest of emotions (Love, Hate, Passion, Fury, etc)
