For 349.
I propose the following rule:
If, for the purpose of a future rule, there is a division of a number by another number, and the result does not come out to a unit that the rule works with (which will usually be a whole number), the result will be rounded to the nearest unit, unless specified otherwise.

(Whoa, the people disappeared?)

Scelly9, RAM, and Wofi gain 5 coins. Some buildings produce coins. Everyone loses 2 coins. a1s starves! Quorum falls to 4!

349 passes without quorum.

Is zero a unit?

Meh, For 350 we can change it later if need be, and rules should be explicit on this point if it matters...

Proposed rule: Folk may propose stuff while they got a proposal already goin' on. Da newerest proposed stuff be what folk is proposin' once when da new turn get itself done.

Zero is a unit, so you can round to it if the number is small enough.

I buy 1 industrial building. I forgot about this for a bit to be honest.  I can't seem to think of any good proposals at the moment though. I suppose I can just try to transmute stuff but that's boring.

So sorry about that, guys.. Been busy with preparing for a trip on Saturday so I haven't been around as much. 350 passes, and I'll update the OP this evening with the new rule and money changes. Commence playing!

That promised update above:
RAM, Person, Scelly9 all earn 5 money. Everyone loses 4 money, buildings produce some money (twice).

351. But I think that this is already allowed, with the time limit and rules already in place?

Everyone loses 2 money! Buildings make some money! Wofi and RAM and Scelly9 gain 5 money! Some people build things.
351 passes.

I'll be gone for the next three days, but should be able to update on the fourth. Feel free to post double proposals at the beginning and number them yourselves if possible. Sorry, can't be helped, I'll be without internet except on a phone.

I'm going to have to make a spreadsheet to keep track of all this stuff soon :S
