kinda brings a sentimentalism of trend of history....

Apparently the heir's wife will have to sign the abdication contract thing too, making her a fully-fledged Queen and not just the King's Consort.

Dang Dutch, getting two head of states! We shall get three!

But yes, I do wonder how the new King will fare - will he oversee the end of the Dutch monarchy and the return to a republic, or will he become very popular indeed?

But feminists will tell you it's a true patriarchy, what with it's Queen, Female Prime Minister, Female party leaders of all government parties and even a female spokesperson for the support party!

For shame for us terribly sexist Danes, we must at once limit male parents rights even further!

As for the Dutch queen, is it because of health issues or is she just getting lazy?
