Can the AA hit low flying vehicles?

((Yes. The AA is designed to maintain a no fly zone around the spaceport, only allowing permitted ships to access the area.

You could try to fly straight into it, as the Slinkar may have not thought to take the Morey ship signatures out of the computers....but that would be up to the dice, as would the effectiveness of the AA.))
Wait, the ocean is near by? Are the transport ship capable of acting as pseudo-submersible?
If the answer is yes, that is exactly what we are doing.

((Just a little extra info about the Vanguard and the Vat-born

When you and the other vat born were reborn by the Morey, they removed all memories of your home planet. Although you already knew this, you may not have known that they removed all ability the Vat-Born had to speak and understand earth languages. They also modified your vocal chords so that you would be able to speak the Morey language, making it very hard for you to relearn Earth Languages.

You and your sisters wouldn't be able to understand, let alone replicate, the Vanguard calls, which are in English.

And the spaceport is by the ocean (it wasn't, but i liked your idea so i ret-conned the spaceports location). The spaceport is a huge spaceport (dealing with ships that can go into space, as well as an airport (for strictly in-atmosphere vehicles) and a Naval Dock and shipyard.

Finally, could someone provide a quick summary of what you want to do? Makes it easier when writing the update. Thanks :) ))

We'll try and do materials idea.

Use transport ships to be pseudo sub marines and get . In. Then fight our way inside to forcefully requisition
In atmospheric aircraft. Take out any long range communications and short out generator boxes. That will keep them from contacting anyone while keeping the damage as low as possible.

Set up a good beachhead and then move against the HQ. Once at ha organise the Brooks into strike grips ((standard squads are like 6 to 12...maybe?)).

Well take them by surprise and keep hitting hard.

We are going into this blind I prefer to send a secondary team in a elevated position to act as recon for intel. Then have another team to act a a distraction force that could be use as fall back position in case things on our end get fucked up. In fact once the the battle for the airport start heating up most the Slinkar patrols should fall back in order to defend the airport this will allow the recon team set up another secondary fall back position with plenty juicy boodytraps and landmines.

Right so re-leaning earth languages will be akin to leaning a tonal language late in life.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Could we get recordings of Vanguard warriors and play them through speakers?

First were not old Morey live to be about what? more than 10k years old? I mean the cheif scientist is much older than 10k and she's leading
experiments at this level. Scientist tend to be retiring at 40 y/o irl btw. So no were not learning in late life were still quite young i believe.

Also why are we talking about this more strategy or we'll NEVER be able to even live to attempt learning.

Geneva? From a telling of Airi these dudes are Nazi's. They don't care about morality and only about trowing us to the ground, shooting us, and then probally eat our dead corpses. At one point we must bomb their home world with some kind of dirty bomb.
That the Nazis generally followed the conventions concerning prisoners of war and gas weapons makes a quite good case as to just how effective such an agreement can be...
We are arriving in a Morey fleet, and the Slinkar are familiar with vat born, so imitation would seem extremely difficult to achieve...

Imitation? well yeah they know the cards in our hands and we somewhat know some of theirs. Do they Moorey take prisoners? under what conditions? are they treated well?
Something the GM could answer but the presidentas is...well not welcoming to peace at all so we shouldn't worry.

((In regards to the Slinkar, the Morey do not take prisoners unless they really need some information off of them. They usually just kill them all.

As for other races, the Morey are far more accommodating and any prisoners can usually expect to be treated fairly well.

Sorry for no update today. Lots of stuff happening. I will most definitely try to get an update out tomorrow. I promise.))

Personally, I don't buy the Morey Propaganda even though Kahn said they are equivalent to genocidal maniacs. I got the feeling there is more to the Slinkar then just this.

_____

Anyways, another question what type of atmosphere does the Slinkar breath and how does their body process the gases they inhale?

There bugs so i imagine some kind of hive/nest/equivalent that the bugs have built since prehistoric times and now with advanced tools they build more complex structures.

Also Ari isn't exactly a propaganda tool and has actually fought them. It could be that the Slinkar are using the Morey for food or maybe ripping their genes to feed themselves. idk depends and i think we need to seriously start advancing the story. let the background come to us IN TIME.

((Like many of the known species, they are oxygen breathing creatures and their bodies process them in similar ways.

The Slinkar have huge lungs though and very strong skeletal structures with overdeveloped muscles and tendons, meaning they are strong even for their natural environments which, if i didn't mention it before, is a mixture of jungle and desert.

They can also store water like a camel, so they can go long periods without drinking.

And i will say that the Slinkar can have...surprising....aspects to their characteristics.

Remember, the Morey and the other council races aren't always honest about how they have contacted non-council races (remember the First Contact and subsequent problems with the Vanguard?)

Also, i will try to get an update out within the next 2-4 hours.))
