Dozens of men in black combat gear jump out and begin to surround the building.
A tall older gentle man stand at the back as he talk down a megaphone,
"Lady's and gentleman do not be alarmed we are here for your safety.
Please exit the building in an orderly manner and follow the instructions given."
With his upper class tone and gray hair he seems like a relic from an old war move.

With a loaded pump action shot gun stuffed under your coat, you try mingle in behind a tired look man.
The flow and ebb of the crowed leads you out in to the car park.

Out in the car park you can see the solders checking peoples ID and looking in car boots.
A slender lady with red beret asks you to form a line as she hold a large black boxy pistol with a thick cable leading to her back pack.

"Now that looks to be some kind of lazer weapon so its probably dangerous to you."
As line drags on watch as two other solders drag nicolette in to the helicopter.
she is not only heavy restrained by handcuffs and leg shackles, but bad shape with an arm that looks bady dislocated and her face covered in blood from a broken nose.

what do you do now?
stay where you are and get arrested ?
try to steal a car?
hide in a lorry?
try to steal the helicopter?
blowup the petrol pumps?

Kill all non civilians.  Then steal the copter and the lasers. Although since we don't know what the gun is it could always be a flamethrower(unlikely) or a chemical sprayer(pepper spray, foam, whatever).

You stand in the slow moving line biding your time for the critical moment.
A scant meter a way from the lady in the beret you clinch your hand in to a sledge hammer like fist of steel.
As the man in front walks away from the check point you turn to aim at the petrol pump.
"Would you please step forwards?" she calls out in a stern voice as you lock on to the storage tanks filling valve.
The protective shields whir down and click in place over for eyes.
"Please STEP FORWARDS" she commands you growing more stern and instant.
A burst of green light silently shoots from your eye for a split  moment before the deafening thunder crack of a billions volt unleashed.

Jets of flame erupt and tower in to the sky as a thousand of gallons of fuel begin to burn.
You size the moment as every looks on the towering inferno in horror and amazement.
a swift punch hammers in to the jaw of the lady officer, a scattering of her teeth in to the gutter with a gruesome snapping sound.
With one hand you unravel the gunmetal mass of the shotgun, fling the officer on to your shoulder as her jaw hags limp.

Using your inhuman strength you leap on to the roof of a near by car and start to run a cross them like a giant set of stepping stones.

You leap from the roof a grey identikit car and land with the unsettling crash of broken glass and a stabbing in your leg.
Ignore the pain as you pull your leg out of the broken sunroof, shards of broken glass hang from your bleeding leg.

As you climb down from the car, a rubber bullet whistles pasts your head and shatters the window.
Spinning round you ready your gun and fire at chest of one of the soldiers.
"F**K" is all you can think of when he staggers for a moment as a rubber slug thumps in to his chest.
In panic you hurl you self to the left clattering to the ground on top of your hostage.
With a metallic clink it falls in to your face a small revolver, its chrome glinting as you grab it.
Pushing your self up and in to a run, with revolver roaring in one hand and the practiced sprint from your days on the hock field you reach the helicopter.
Slamming the door shut you turn to encounter a man deep in shock as he trys madly to bandage a bleeding ragged stump in the place of his forarm.
On the lies Nicolette she looks to be in even worse shape than before as tatted strips of something surround her.
Dumping your prisoner you wounder what to do?

GTFO of there. Going deeper into the countryside might be worth it, but we would just have to keep running and running till we keeled over dead from our wounds. We need to get back into the city. Once we're in the air, if Nicollette can fly the helicopter for a little, we can check around for anything that could help: weapons, ammo, armor, files, tech, medical supplies, etc. Destroy any tracking devices.
