I might start asking for suggestions with just a little bit more detail. The prince does certain things on his own because they are his nature, but I might begin worming bad habits in there a little more if he gets little direction from players.
I would also like to say that while he has things listed under his personality, suggestions should not neccecarily be limited to things that fall under that personality. He can change based on the suggestions of players, just as those personality traits are the results of decisions made by the players.
