Can we tell why the room is glowing?
Use the paint gor creativity, and try altering the temperature down to more reasonable levels. Also, animate the slightly moving statue like we did Figura.
The temperature is confined to the oven, I think...

Humm. Figura is a good fighter, right? Give her the spear and tell her to try and knock the statue into the void if it proves hostile.
Since we know what happened last time we tried to speak to a newly animated statue, can we have a conversation while hiding behind Figura?
If it isn't hostile we can huff paint and turn it into water, or huff paint while hiding behind Figura if it is.
+1
Do this. If we get some REAL big problems, alter it out of existence.

Okay. Whatever this is, you need to deal with it now.

"Hey, Figura, catch!" You toss the glaive to Figura and hide behind her.

How brave...hiding behind Figura. You're really worthy of all this...

You don't know what this guy is talking about, but you don't think you like it. Time for Plan A:

"So, Mr...whatever you are?"
I am your doom. All will fall.
"Really? Is that what you really want?"
Yes.
...That failed. Okay, Plan B:

"Figura! Knock him into the Void while I sniff some paint!"
"Sadly, this isn't the strangest thing we've done.

[12+3+2v11+5] Thanks to the leverage offered by the glaive, Figura knocks...the thing slightly to one side. You discover that it can fly.
Meanwhile, you take out your trusty Can-O-Paint and sniff at it.
[+1 Creativity, +1 Toxicality] Let's burn that Creativity. [3+1] Not even close. You see the thing burning with a new power. A firey power...but not just fire.

What is this, hm?
[16-5] A rod of metal with a crossguard comes into existence in the thing's hand. Its burning returns to normal firey. Intriguing...you just gave me some of that Creative Energy flowing through your veins. The better to kill you with, I suppose. [24+5+5v9][1d6+5=7][-7 Structure] With a smashing blow, the thing heavily dents Figura's torso!

I have a theory as to why the room has started glowing: All areas become "Corrupted" by our abilities as we use them, causing them to deteriorate more and more as we use them. Hell is an example of an area that's far gone and has been fully/greatly corrupted. If this theory holds true, then that means that Hell had to have been created by ourselves either while unconscious in the beginning of the game, by another person with similar abilities, or by ourselves before we lost our memory, if in fact we were here then. Since the statue has creative abilities now, he now may be able to corrupt areas, either accidentally or intentionally, giving us all the more reason to take him out fast.

Wait...is there theorycrafting? Sweet!
It's not correct, but still...it's interesting enough to warrent a hint (pun subtle but intended).

Take a look at all the weird changes. Now look at the things you were making before that.

Nooo! Figura!

Alter our other attributes into Creativity and wipe this thing out of existence.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

I didn't notice it. I suppose the creation of the Evil-statue (Metela?) is the price to pay? Or maybe Figura? Also, I think this confirms that Figura's "Structure" asset is like our "Health" asset.
Anyways, assuming "Gold?" is about as malleable as normal gold, then we should be able to sever bodyparts fairly easily. Take our glaive from Figura, and slash the statue with it, preferably in the arm that the "Pole with metal crossguard" is in.

-snip-
Dang. I thought that was a subtle hint. I am really bad at those.
That is very, very close to the truth. In fact, many of the major details (as far as effect on the world so far, at least) are entirely correct!

Anyways...priorities. It seems that many different plans have been proposed and none supported. Trap it in rock? Snatch the glaive and attack? Somehow burn our other Attributes into Creativity and destroy the thing? Something else?

Hmm... If we make a golem programmed to serve us, will something else start serving us as well?

I WOULD say alter it so it has loyalty to us, but then the... other thing that makes things could do that with Figura and further allies.

Yeah, that could work. I kind of thought that Figura would be too damaged to really do much of anything.
