Luckily Europe is fairly simple.

Much of the rest is a variety of Nation states, or stuff like that. There are some loosely defined unions, like the Eastern European Union, but that's about it.

Still, looks like the big NPC nation is the Indian Empire. I wouldn't be suprised if they could outstrip me in terms of industrial and scientific capacity. Nice to know that the island nations around Australia are nice and disjointed though...
