Most survivors would probably be farmers and such, so as long as the weather doesn't suck too much they might be able to survive without starvation.

Well, it's entirely possible they would only target the major cities, Canberra Brisbane, and Sydney. That leaves many other cities and towns.

Description of the land: Mostly desert and scrubland, temperate regions near the coastlines. The claimed territory is rich in natual mineral resources, such and iron, gold, nickel and uranium. (Otherwise, just go look it up on wikipedia)

Seems mostly fine, though maybe a bit high-tech for post apocalypse. I'll take Cybrocracy in it's mostly litteral way (information based governement); rather than the way it's often used in fiction AI overlord. Mostly because these don't exist yet. Autonomous bots work, but are not truly intelligent (why would you need them to be). Rest appears fine. It's not a number based game after all, meaning that things can hardly be unbalanced.

Well, yes. But assuming my description and image of the Sky Lords are correct, they're doing the basic survival stuff pretty well.
